Imagine feeling alive again with a greater sense of your true authentic self, with a stronger connection in your relationships.

We all deserve to feel we are good enough, to love ourselves and others without hesitation. Sometimes we don’t feel we are. That awful feeling might show up as a sense of being unworthy of self-love, or undeserving of receiving love from another. It might surface as a sensation that ‘something is wrong with me’ or as tightness in the jaw and shoulders. We carry our experiences with us like wearing many big overcoats, so we can protect ourselves against connecting with our stormy emotions.

What would it be like for you to be able to navigate the storm?

I can work with you to help you cultivate compassion for the parts of yourself that might be finding it hard to cope, feel unseen, or weighed down with distress.

We often push down our troubling feelings or push them aside in favour of simply getting on with life. Sometimes we reach a point where we feel we are finding it hard to cope. Those stormy emotions start to show themselves. It’s vital to find a way to allow feelings to surface into the light of the present moment. I can provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to explore them, so we can shine a light on them together.
